Does Ehc Help To Pay The Security Deposit?

No, the security deposit in both programs is 100% the responsibility of the resident/client.

Do you allow animals?

Yes, we allow one animal per apartment in our EHC operated senior buildings; however, the animal must conform to our animal policy.

Service animals are exempt from the animal policy. In the HCV program, it is up to the landlord if they allow pets.

Do you offer transportation?

Our housing commission does not offer transportation; however, there are many options available. The nearest SMART bus stop is 500 feet from our building.

I feel my rights have been violated as it pertains to Fair Housing. What can I do?

You can go to www.hud.gov and click on the information regarding Fair Housing.

I am interested in HOME ownership. Does the EHC offer any other programs or rent assistance?
